Built from a unique, aluminum-based panelized system, this 2,650 square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features a green roof and a private balcony for three of the four bedrooms. David Hertz is one of the top architects at integrating sustainable design into his projects so like all LivingHomes, his homes incorporate an extremely comprehensive, LEED certified environmental program.

We're currently looking for the right clients to engage with us to build the first David Hertz LivingHomes. You can build the home you see featured here or work with us and David to design a custom home using the same system. We expect these homes to cost around $215 per sq. ft. We know - and you should expect - that the first home will have its share of issues. In exchange for working through them with us, you'll get a lot of extra attention from our staff and a significant discount on our design fee. To work with us, you must:

• * Already have land in or near Los Angeles
• * Intend to start building within the next six months
• * Have a budget of at least $750,000
• * Be hip to our environmental program
• * Be tolerant and patient - to deal with the anticipated issues and delays
